You may use Presentily only in compliance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, share, or export through your workspace.

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Presentily. You grant us a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transform that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service you request.

Do not use Presentily to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful or deceptive material, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or generate content that is unlawful or abusive.

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review all generated content before relying on, presenting, publishing, or sharing it. Presentily does not guarantee that AI-generated output is accurate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Presentily as the product evolves. We may also update these terms, with the revised version becoming effective when posted unless otherwise required by law.
